Latest info on the 100 club from Sylvia

#1 Post by Nik - KOTM » Wed Apr 18, 2007 8:36 pm

Just recieved this... let us hope this dispels any more rumours...

Many of you will have had an email, (not signed), regarding the Letterboxing "100 Club".

Firstly as you know the "100 Club" was founded and is still run by Godfrey Swinscow. The Catalogue and Updates are produced by us.

Due to Tony's ill health, we are intending to hand over the Update side later in the year to a couple of people who have volunteered to take it over, but the Catalogue will still be produced by us (or Sylvia) for the foreseeable future.

We have had a lot of 'phone calls on this subject, and thought this would hopefully ease any anxieties on your part.

Thanks for that Nik, certainly clears things up somewhat. I'm glad Sylvia is keeping up with the catalogue.

:( Maybe I shouldn't have said anything the flurry of activity on the board seems to have died off somewhat!

This is certainly good news and, although in very sad circumstances, sounds like this will continue happily for some time to come.
