Blogs, etc.

Two suggestions:

1) Ability to add more articles, info and content.

2) Blogs/info posts etc.

My suggestion to achieve both of these is Wordpress. It's a mature content management system that's quite easy to use and used by several million websites. The good news is that there is a way to incorporate the forum directly into it.

What are your thoughts about this? Should I knock up a temporary version so you can both see?

Just go for it... That's what I used to do

Well, alright then.

What do you think of http://www.dartmoorletterboxing.org/wp/ ?

(Still rough, just an hour's work. Forum doesn't integrate as nicely as it could, and the pages I've added are just cut and pasted from the original - but you get the idea)

I've also added you as an admin to that site (see separate email) so you can get an idea of how it works. Feel free to add a page (automatically adds a link to the menu) and get a feel for it. Whilst it is live, it's not linked anywhere else.

What's the view?

There is a problem with the forum - the header for the rest of the site is using a css layout that conflicts with the forum's. I can sort that, but it'll take a while and if the end result is to include the forums inside Wordpress, it would be time better spent making that nice.

We didn't really discuss where we go once I've fixed the links, and I don't want to impose my view here at all - so Mo and Nik, please let me know what you would like the site to look like and do.

Thanks
