I cringe at the thought of using US ideas on how to letterbox. I already baulk at the Cache thing (but that is up to those who wish to do it) which is not for me.

Depends if you want to take your four year old with you or not. If yes, then perhaps on Middle Staple Tor. If not then Roos Tor, Fox Tor or pick somewhere on the map you can decide upon.

The areas of destruction are far too big, it is supposed to be limited to a certain size. I am convinced this is mostly arson. There was a huge spate of it a few years ago, just after the swaling had been banned. And perhaps this has made the fires worse with more fuel for the fires being available,...

I wonder just how much of it is swaling and how much is arson?

Sadly the piles of stamps had been taken before anyone could get out there.
Hopefully they will go back to their owners, but my gut feeling is that this is the work of the DLT

Someone is going out tomorrow to collect them. There are two piles of them... which seems to me that they are being "cleared"

It has come to my attention that about a dozen boxes from the area have been collected and have been collected and dumped under a slab.
These need to go back to where they were found

The information I have at present is that they are to the North of the tor on the path between Pew and Feather tor

I like the story. Definitely blame the washing up
