Adder sightings and tick infestations

I think it might be useful if we can get some sort of idea where we find ADDERS and TICKS this year. My reasoning behind this is to keep everyone safe and aware. It is getting to that time of the year that the snakes start to come out and bask on the footpaths. Map references and location names woul...

A few rules for this site

For most of you this will be a meaningless post. But I feel it is a neccessary evil as we would rather have everyone enjoy the forum. A few basic rules... mostly common sense which you lot have bucketloads of... 1. Anyone who posts spam from the outset will have their account will be deleted without...

Looks different, and I'm not just referring to the colour either. I will have to have a sniff around the back rooms to figure what I can do.

Don't forget Mo, she has been a blessing in disguise. And perhaps one of the best things I did as an administrator to make her one as well.

Welcome to the "new site"

As some of you may know the site has moved ownership... Hopefully things will not seem insignificantly changed too much. Firstly let me send thanks to Tomp for hosting the site for the past 13 years, and refused to take a cent from any of us to help pay for it. He has my eternal gratitude for giving...

I wonder if the cost of the tables/pitches along with the time of year has anything to do with it.
Sadly not everyone likes Lee Moor, and wishes it would return to Princetown. Personally I like both venues, Lee Moor is cheaper, but Princetown has a lot more to offer.

Just to keep everyone in the picture, the next phase on the site moving to a new web address has taken place. What isn't quite clear is we might lose everything on the forum... then we might not. The plan is If you log onto here, the old address, you will be forwarded to the new web domain, just kee...

Relocation of the Letterboxing site

I have taken the first steps to moving the site to another domain. This was suggested by the current owner a few weeks ago. I have requested one of our members to set up the new site, and we shall see what happens, if you read the posts on here you might be able to figure it out... Early days, but I...
